One customer
A contact in CRM is the contact on the ticket and on the invoice. You stop pasting the same email into three tools.
CRM, tickets, books, and the ads that start the next sale
Spine keeps the customer, the ticket, the invoice, and the campaign in one workspace. The lead from an ad is the same person on a support thread and on the books.

Product
Most teams pay for a CRM, a help desk, a ledger, and an ads manager that never talk. Spine is one organisation. You turn a module on when the work shows up.
A contact in CRM is the contact on the ticket and on the invoice. You stop pasting the same email into three tools.
One organisation can hold more than one brand. An ad account is linked to the brands you choose. The pipeline stays shared.
A lead has an owner and a next action. A campaign has a draft, a status, and the leads that named it. The numbers come from that work.
Ads
Spine is wiring in the ad accounts you already run. Connect the account, read the campaigns, and count the leads that name them. Connecting an account does not publish an ad.
01
Sign in to Meta, Google, TikTok, or LinkedIn. For ChatGPT Ads, paste the Ads Manager key once. The key stays on the server.
02
Sync pulls campaign names into the workspace. It does not create, pause, or delete anything on the ad platform.
03
Save a lead and name the campaign. Spine counts it. A won deal with money entered updates estimated revenue after ads. That figure is an estimate, not a verified order.
04
The brief, the creative, and the internal approval live in Spine. Publishing is a separate step. A new ad stays paused until you send it.
Modules
Each module is a full desk. They share the organisation, so a sale, a ticket, and a campaign can point at the same account.
Leads, accounts, and a pipeline with a next step. A matching lead can land on an owner without a second click.
Campaigns for paid, organic, email, events, and referrals. Marketing Studio holds the draft. Connections hold the ad accounts.
A request with a status, an owner, and a thread. The customer is the same record you already have in CRM.
Income, expenses, suppliers, and year-end paperwork in the same organisation as the sale.
Where it came from
Spine started as the system behind Bossy Panda, a retail company that needed the customer, the ticket, and the books in one place. The marketing desk came next: campaigns, ad accounts, and a studio for the creative.
We run it. Registration is closed for now. Join the list and we will write when a workspace opens. Paid plans are agreed with Spine when you are ready for them.
